IDTech Systems offers a back-to-back manufacturer’s warranty on all their products to protect customers against any defects in materials or workmanship. The details of the warranty can be found on the ID Tech Systems website or manufacturer’s website or can be requested from the IDTech Systems representative.
- This warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or handling, alteration, normal wear and tear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material or workmanship.
- This warranty does not cover any damage to other products or property caused by a defective product and warranty is valid only in the jurisdiction in which the product was originally purchased.
- IDTech Systems reserves the right to modify its warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
- ID Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
- Extended Warranty: ID Tech Systems offers extended warranty options that provide customers with additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period. This can include coverage for accidental damage, power surges, and more.
