Refund and Return Policy - ID Tech Systems

1. Hardware Items:

  • Returns for hardware items will only be accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
  • Customers must notify ID Tech Systems by writing to at customer service email [email protected] about any damage in transit immediately or with within 12 hours of receiving the goods.
  • Customers must notify ID Tech Systems by writingat customer service email [email protected] about any manufacturing defects immediately or within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
  • To initiate a return, customers should contact ID Tech Systems atcustomer service email[email protected]and request a return authorisation.
  • If the return is deemed eligible, customers will be provided with a return authorisation number (RMA) and further instructions for the return process.
  • The returned item(s) must be securely packaged, including all accessories and documentation, and shipped back to ID Tech Systems within 3 days of receiving the RMA.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.

2.Consumables Items:

  • No returns will be accepted for consumables items once they have been opened.
  • Unopened consumables can be returned within 3 days of the delivery of goods to the customer’s site.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • To initiate a return, customers should contact ID Tech Systems atcustomer service emailand request a return authorisation.
  • Once the return is authorized, customers will be provided with an RMA and further instructions for the return process.
  • The returned item(s) must be securely packaged and shipped back to ID Tech Systems within 3 days of receiving the RMA.

3.Customised Items:

  • No returns will be allowed for customised items such as printed cards, lanyards, hardware, software, and other items that are tailored to customer specifications.
  • Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review and confirm all customisation details before placing an order.

4.General Terms:

  • All returns must be authorised by ID Tech Systems prior to shipping the item(s) back. Returns without proper authorisation (RMA) will not be accepted.
  • Customers should contact ID Tech Systems at [email protected]to request a return authorisation.
  • Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and in unused condition unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • ID Tech Systems reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 to 16 business days after the returned items have been received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • In the event of a refund, any delivery and return charges incurred by ID Tech Systems will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
  • If a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, ID Tech Systems will cover the cost of return shipping.
