Returns for hardware items will only be accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
2.Consumables Items:
No returns will be accepted for consumables items once they have been opened.
Unopened consumables can be returned within 3 days of the delivery of goods to the customer’s site.

3.Customised Items:
No returns will be allowed for customised items such as printed cards, lanyards, hardware, software, and other items that are tailored to customer specifications.

4.General Terms:
All returns must be authorised by ID Tech Systems prior to shipping the item(s) back. Returns without proper authorisation (RMA) will not be accepted.

Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and in unused condition unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
ID Tech Systems reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine eligibility for a refund.
Refunds will be issued within 7 to 16 business days after the returned items have been received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
In the event of a refund, any delivery and return charges incurred by ID Tech Systems will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
If a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, ID Tech Systems will cover the cost of return shipping.
