1.Shipping Methods:

  • ID Tech Systems offers various shipping methods to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of products.

2.Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days based on the stock availability. If the not in stock an ETA and alternatives will be suggested to customer and if it’s not satisfactory to the customer the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3.Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

6.International Shipping:

  • ID Tech Systems offer delivery only inside India mainland and does not offer any international shipping as standard. If required customers can arrange for the collection from ID Tech warehouse and return is not allowed in this case and note that customers are responsible for any customs clearance procedures, customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their orders.

7.Order Modification or Cancellation:

  • Order modifications or cancellations are subject to approval and may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • Cancellation for customised items is not allowed.
